King Saud University has established many of the development programs to support and strengthen its role in the scientific renaissance of the nation and the transition to a knowledge society. It has oriented itself towards a university education based on scientific research and capacity building, , strengthening and spreading the culture of scientific research throughout the university and  the society. Thus graduates will be able to build their community and meet the challenges of the times as well as increasing global development.

International Scientific Partnership Program is one of  these programs, the program was created in 12/28/1430 (15/12/2009) to lead an active role in achieving the strategic objectives of  KSU 2030. (excellence in all areas, focusing in specific areas, distinctive faculty and building bridges).
